Who we are

This website, www.tylerstreats.com, is run by Tyler’s Treats, operated by Valley Of The Sun LLC (California cannabis license C11-0001630-LIC). In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Valley Of The Sun LLC. You can reach us about privacy at hello@tylerstreats.com.

What we collect

We collect very little, and only for these reasons:

• Wholesale order requests. If you send our Product Order Request form, we receive what you type in: your name, company, cannabis license number, email, phone number, address (optional), the products you are interested in and any notes.
• Emails you send us. If you write to hello@tylerstreats.com, we receive your message and your email address.
• One age cookie. When you confirm you are 21 or older, we set a cookie named tt_age_ok. It only remembers your answer, holds no personal information, and is deleted when you close your browser.
• Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when a page is requested: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs are used to run and protect the site.

We use no cookies for analytics; we get anonymous page-view counts via Vercel Web Analytics. It counts which pages are visited, with the country, browser and device type, without cookies and without identifying you. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or social media trackers on this site. Nothing is sold through this site, so we never collect payment details.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to reply to you, to check your license, and to set up and fulfil wholesale orders. We use server logs to keep the site working and secure.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Who processes it for us

A few service providers handle information for us, only to deliver your request to us:

• our website hosting provider, Vercel (Vercel Inc.), which serves the site, keeps its logs and provides the anonymous page-view counts;
• our email delivery provider, Resend (Resend, Inc.), which delivers order requests to our inbox;
• where we have set one up, our business lead system, which stores order requests so we can follow up.

They may use the information only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep order requests and business emails for as long as we need them for our business relationship and for our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations, and then we delete them. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider.

Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to:

• know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
• ask us to delete it;
• ask us to correct it if it is wrong.

We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer anything about you, so there is nothing to opt out of.

To make a request, email hello@tylerstreats.com. We will confirm your request, may ask for details to verify who you are, and will respond within the time the law allows. You can also have an authorized agent ask for you. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Adults only

This site is for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you think someone under 21 has sent us information, email hello@tylerstreats.com and we will delete it.

Do Not Track

We do no cross-site tracking, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off.

Changes to this policy
