This site tells you about Tyler’s Treats. Nothing is sold, delivered or shipped through it. Our products are available only through licensed California cannabis retailers, and only where the law allows.

3. Product information

We work to keep product information on this site accurate and in line with our packaging. If anything here differs from the label on the package, the label controls. Photos show the products and their packaging; the product you receive may look slightly different.

4. No medical claims

Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here is meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

5. Wholesale requests

Our Product Order Request form is for California licensed retailers and distributors. Sending it is a request, not an order. Nothing is binding until we confirm it with you in writing, and every sale is subject to a valid license and California law.

6. Our content and marks

The Tyler’s Treats name, logos, photos, text and design on this site belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

7. Links to other sites

This site links to other sites, such as Instagram and the California Department of Cannabis Control. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss that comes from using it.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. We may update them from time to time; the date at the top shows the last change, and using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
